I had red flags going off in my head from the moment they responded to my application and how they handled the interview process. CEO is incredibly rude. No organization. It is a remote job that gives out desktops. Asked for a laptop, and I was told that the CEO prefers we work from home with no distractions and doesn't want us working from coffee shops or the park. Meanwhile, the CEO posts himself on social media traveling all over in private jets, using a laptop, extremely hypocritical. In addition, they have employee monitoring software which is tied into how you are paid. It takes screenshots, webcam shots, measures mouse clicks, keyboard clicks and which program you are using.

Favoritism at its finest. The favorites get away with a lot of things like not showing up to work, taking extended breaks like lunch and bathroom. These "favorites" also talk very badly of the company and act like high school kids causing drama among employees.
