Unlimited Income & ZERO Micro-Management, Relaxed but Competitive Environment !

Ive been working at HealthTECH for quite some time now, with no plans to leave. Why would I ? Six figure income, zero micro-management by ownership, generous commission & various Bonus Plans and minimal turnover provides a relaxed but driven environment without the normal “offfice” stresses that are typical in Staffing Firms nationwide. Our close knit recruiting Team ALL have more than a decade of seasoned healthcare IT recruiting experience, we work well together, and are supported by a veteran in the Industry who is cares about our Team and provides a safe environment to prosper in without holding us back. I would recommend our Company to anyone if we were hiring, but again we have almost no turnover. Ownership also only truly asks that we all work 9AM-4PM weekdays (thats only PART time, 6hrs/day), with zero travel requirements, zero overtime or weekends, which is all extremely rare and nice considering we all make a six figure income. Multiple Bonus’ were even paid during very difficult times with Covid, the Company “cares”. Great Company !

If you are seeking a “BIG COMPANY CULTURE” to fit in to, this would not be for you at HealthTECH. Our Goal is to “avoid” that and provide a more close knit “family feel” culture, so this would not be appropriate for a recent college grad looking for training or big company support.
