Pros

Some flexibility with work hours but it does vary by department and your manager. The office is pretty nice, it's open space which is something I enjoy.

Cons

We have been told several times by the senior leadership to write positive reviews on glassdoor. That should show you how they are trying to cheat their way into getting good reviews. This is pretty much how the company is being operated. Most of the positive reviews you see on here are either written by them or the employees that suck up to them. If you are the type of person that sucks up to the senior leadership, ding ding ding, this place is for you. If you are not, RUN AND NEVER LOOK BACK. Even if you are a great worker and your performance shows it, it won't matter. You will have to become a suck up to be on their good side. Once you are on their good side, you will get an insight of all the secret projects that are being created behind closed doors. There is no transparency with the employees that are not “in the circle”.

I am very sorry this person feels this way. However, this is entirely untrue. I, nor my predecessor have ever asked anyone to write positive reviews, that would not be ethical and would contradict one of our core values. We have always sought objective feedback from everyone, at every level, at any time. When I am not in a meeting, my door is always open and I encourage anyone to walk on in.

Good company gone bad.

Pros

Fruit and veggie platter for free 3 times a week. Oh and the office is nice.

Cons

Unless you are a favorite of senior leadership you will always be looked over when it comes to promotions and career growth/education regardless of your personal performance. Company will make excuses about lack of budget for funding and education but will take the "cool kids" of employees on company paid outings almost monthly.
