      Leadership genuinely listen and care about their team members Feedback is 2 way The roles are challenging but rewarding - you learn and earn at Heap!

      Cons

      Remote first is a gift but it can lead be hard to be social too at times.

      Pros

      There are many perks and benefits, which is great and important but the most amazing thing about Heap are the people that work here. Every person is genuinely a team player, kind and authentic.

      I really haven't encountered any cons.

      Pros

      -accessible and reasonable leaders who listen to and apply feedback -commitment to visibility across departments, throughout all levels -back up culture claims with real, tangible actions -invest in infrastructure that protects their people (mental escape days, generous parental leave, great PTO and benefits)

      Cons

      -commitment to transparency and dialogue can slow down / derail decisions. Company-wide announcements sometimes turn into a negotiation. I'd rather that than no dialogue/access to leadership -- but can sometimes cause a bit of "too many cooks in a kitchen" dynamic
