You would be hired under false pretenses with promises of going into sales that never happen. They expect you to make a high amount of cold causes for an extremely low wage.

Pros

Good money to be made if you stick with it. Really good relaxed training from most of the managers.

Cons

They ask you to tell agents they will recieve way more leads than they will actually receive. The agents aren't able to convert most of the leads they buy, so you deal with pissed off customers all the time
