Thank you for sharing your perspective. I want to be clear that I agree with one important point you raised: our hourly production employees are absolutely the backbone of this company, and their skill, effort, and commitment are the reason we succeed. If anyone has felt undervalued, disrespected, or intimidated, that is not acceptable and not the culture we are trying to build.
I won’t dismiss this feedback, even though it’s difficult to read. Leadership requires accountability, and that includes me. We run a demanding, fast-paced operation, but intensity should never cross into disrespect or undermine trust. I am committed to continuing to learn, to listening more closely, and to ensuring that professionalism and respect are non-negotiable expectations for everyone in leadership.
For those still on the team, I encourage direct, honest dialogue so concerns can be addressed constructively and in real time. We will not get everything right, but we will continue working to build a workplace where people are treated with dignity, held to high standards, and genuinely valued.
