- Read what I put below, but more importantly, just do your own research before you accept a job here: talk to past employees on Linkedin, see how long they lasted, and ask them why. It isn't a good workplace.
- Those same great people I mentioned in the "pros" almost always leave within 6-12 months because the culture is toxic and/or ownership wants them out before equity kicks in.
- Zero real room for growth because their mentality isn't to promote from within, but rather to work people for a year and then let them go (you're very much replaceable).
- Constant flip-flopping with goals, and not in small ways, but in ways that derail projects and cause complete reboots.
- Leadership that says one thing then does another.
- Their engineering culture is flat out broken and secondary; they're a tech company that doesn't value tech.
- The whole "unlimited vacation" thing is a load of bull; they'll give you your vacation, but they also have a real bad tendency to fire people while they are away from the office. Be careful if you choose to take that extended vacation.
