SaaS platform is a common-sense tool that helps clients alleviate pain associated with performance and engagement. Great fit for companies of all sizes and fun to know that I am making a difference in the way clients manage their employees. Great work culture: Autonomy with the ability to figure out things for yourself with guidance and coaching from great leaders in the organization including our CRO who helps in all aspects of deals! Team environment.
Cons
No real cons as love the product, love how short a sales cycle is, and appreciate the fact that you have to be accountable for your work.
