Pros
HELP was the first English school established in Baguio City. It was then managed by a Filipino general manager who gave teachers the chance to be trained with ESL and TESOL training. These helped the teachers became the best teachers among all the ESL teachers in all schools in the city. We had good benefits. We were offered opportunities to explore, learn, and master our craft. These system made HELP known as the best ESL school in the city.... But that was before....
Cons
The system had been changed in 2010. Everything was in chaos. Tenured and good teachers resigned due to the chaotic system. This made some of the tenured teachers form a labor union- purposely to bring back the good relationship of the management and the employees and to have a CBA. But the officers were illegally dismissed because of that.
