      Pros

      Very independent, collaborative working environment within my department. Good benefits (Tuition discount, health insurance, 403(B), etc.)

      Cons

      Low pay. Had an incident where a student shoved me and was ready for a fight (Instigated on his end). Student was not expelled, most likely because HSU was struggling financially at the time and didn't want dollars out the door.
