      Local to home work in the dry.

      Cons

      Extremely dusty conditions when picking eggs up in service area, company will not do anything about it. They think more of paying thousands of pounds changing light bulbs and fitting sensors than paying for the staff overtime rate being raised in the annual pay rise! Only got Basic pay rise in January but will happily pay for loads of agency workers that cost company double!!!

      They truly care about their people on a personal level. Everyone is friendly and for the most part works together. Good opportunity for financial compensation long term, managers are awesome.
