      Pros

      The team is incredible. Everyone wants to work together well and get to the common goal. It's ownership that causes the problems.

      Cons

      chronic mismanagement—6-9 month delays, dehumanizing treatment, and refusal to pay living wages—undermines everything. The owner, Shannon Henry, is knowledgeable but avoids accountability while prioritizing personal luxuries—cars, vacations, RVs—over staff welfare.

      Pay scale is good and this is the only benefit. Co-workers really connect

      Worst ever management, no sorting of priorities, no CRM tools, they still do paper work orders like in 2000s. Treated below dignity for all the hard work you put and no appreciation for anything. Worst management ever

      Pros

      Co-workers were awesome. Payroll was always on time. It was only 30-40 minutes from my house. Other than that, I got nothing.

      Cons

      The owner is a hypocritical narcissist who believes that micromanagement, degradation, and threatening an employee's job are acceptable & successful means of motivation. The benefits are laughable. Employee retention is non-existent. The offices are painted an institutional grey, similar to a prison. Morale is so low that it has ceased to exist. Think of the worst thing you would expect from an employer, and it probably occurs here.
