      - You work with a great team - People are nice and helpful - You work in very interesting and exciting projects - Malta is beautiful

      Cons

      - Your effort is not easily recognized - Even though you have the availability to work closely with other teams, some people usually tend to throw the ball to you rather than actually solving the problem. - Proposed salary raises are usually very small that could make you laugh and question yourself

      Pros

      Highly supportive Plant Management, and coworkers. Probably the best Job I've ever had in my life.

      Cons

      Corporate leadership seems ignorant to everyday challenges experienced at Plant level operations, Sever lack of upper echelon operational organization. Corporate Leadership seems poorly equipped to make well informed business decisions which have greatly adversely effected the company as a whole.
