Hevar Systems Reviews

Hevar had provided a consultant to my company via another recruiting firm. My company paid Hevar every 15 days for the consultant. On repeated occasions Hevar was holding back payments from the other firm thus causing a delay in payment to the other firm. Once the contractor completed the project and Hevar was paid in full they have not paid the other firm for any of the services rendered. NO ONE in this company will return calls or emails. This firm sure does give a bad name to these type of predatory recruiting firms.
