1. It used to be a good place to work, late salary was hidden under nice teamwork
Cons
1. No vision of this company, only vision currently is to make something work and somehow try to sell it. If customer don't want to buy then stop project and fire employees. 2. No culture, absolutely no culture at all. Very frustrating negative vibes all around 3. Just check how many employees left this company or were fired in last 12 months and more importantly WHY. 4. CTC is a funny joke. Check with any current employee. They are sqeezing every drop of money from employees in the name of COVID. Simply remove variable pay from your salary. Ex-employees are still waiting to get their FnF amount since at least 1 year. 5. All promises made during hiring were fake. 6. They are so fake that they force current employees to rate 5 on glassdoor and include "Salary on time" as a pro.
