      Good company culture Friendly teammates Context over control work environment

      Cons

      Naive leadership Extremely low salary range (far below industry average) No SDRs At least 8 AE’s battling for the few weekly inbounds. Don’t expect to hit your quota often because product is priced out of the market.

      Pros

      The ability for employees to work from home.

      Cons

      Constant meetings. Micro management from executive team. Lack of organization and direction. Constant pressure to be online and talking while still managing the bounteous amount of work. Lack of incentives and or benefits.
