1. you will face sexual harassment if you're a girl. The owner Dilip Kapur will do everything to sexually harass you if you're a women. 2. The incentive is a figment of your imagination. They will show you a high ctc with over 3 lakhs as incentive but they will never pay you. They will tell you that the company is undergoing losses hence they can't pay. 3. pf scam. They will deduct your pf and will not deposit it in the pf scheme. You will lose the interest and getting the pf out will be a big task. 4. Employees are promised ESI cards and a certain amount is deducted every month but the cards have never been given to them. Your biggest challenge will be once you leave the company. It took me 3 months to get my money out and I had to threaten them with dire legal consequences.I am still struggling to get my FORM 16 as the staff isn't co-operating and doesnt want to give my paperworks. Worse situation I will have to go to the labour court. The entire experience of working with Hidesign has been such a pain. It has made me unwell and increased my stress levels. Just getting my money , pf and FORM 16 is taking me 6 months. NEVER work for this organisation. It's not worth the pain...No career growth at all and there is zero work life balance. The management treats its employees like slaves.. Typical family business.

You might have read all the previous reviews by employees and the comments from the management. I Appreciate the comments and value the reviews. All the negative reviews mentioned here are true and I do not intended to repeat the same. Like stated in the comments, if you think of raising your concerns to the management, be ready to pack your bags. They never accept your negative feedback. As a first step, if you think of reaching out to HR, that is a disaster. Well, they do not know what to do, they have only one option, listen and execute with the owner says. The best scary puppets and unprofessional work horses you could find in this department who just meet the target of hiring and firing people. As a second option, if you think of reaching out to your bosses, they will help you to pack your bags. They are fighting to please the owner. Third option is to pack yourself and live your life. The average work span will be 6 months. You got to see lot of new faces every month. They do not want to retain people and do not know to retain people. All they know is to make your life hell and throw you in depression. If you are working in good places, don't leave your job dreaming of the brand name and join here. It will spoil your happiness and career. If you have done something really bad in your life, you may join here to complete your karma.
