Pros

This is a good opportunity for the new graduate with no family, or expectations for compensation. Your Skills will improve and you should move on to better things. That is unless you get burned out here.

Cons

Working here over 80-90 hours a week. Constant verbal abuse from one specific person in the hierarchy . Without any feeling of job security, workers have turned to desperate petty distention between peers, and working endless hours without compensation or appreciation.

Pros

Work with some very smart people. Chance to work on interesting and unique projects. Freedom to try whatever you want for a project

Cons

Extremely long hours. Working till 10pm very common. Sometimes work all night. Leaving anywhere near 5pm is frowned upon by the CEO. Get labeled as a "five-O-one'r". No overtime pay and very few bonuses. No structure or procedures implemented. Just follow however the CEO is currently feeling. No advancement or training or support. You have to figure everything out on your own. Almost non-existent review/feedback system. No idea where you stand or how you're doing. No recognition for work or projects well done. Salary increases have been frozen for years "due to the economy..."

Pros

Some talented artists for sure

Cons

Terribly run company. They care about bottom line vs employees always. No experience in the leadership team. Lower than average compensation with no tiered system to advance at all. Dishonest about compensation. Women paid lower than men with same experience and often more experience.
