They are super flexible and really make the work environment feel like a happy place to work. They care about people as people not just employees. There are so many smart people around you always willing to help you out and answer questions. It was a really great place to work and gain valuable experience is apparel production, sales, and operations.

Small team, so spread pretty thin.

Very hard to increase your salary and move up in such a small company. They take care of their own.
