Pros

- Flexible schedule - No micromanaging (if you get a good supervisor) - Mostly reasonable and nice patrons - Provides training

Cons

- Communication issues - Lack of cover when sick - Scheduling issues (wasn't scheduled for a while, then got a sudden SIXTEEN hour shift for my last day when I put in my 2-weeks notice.)
