After sold to KAR, everyone was treated as a number, no longer paid commission due to unachievable goals, forced to work harder to retrieve thousands in commision that youve already earned. Your value was what you financially brought in just to keep the market in your state going disregarding your personal household to keep your lights on, there was so much stress everyone was on edge to keep their jobs, it was a revolving door, people quit or was easily fired due to trust issues after they mistreat you in the first place. On several occasions the supervisor who would fly in town to fire you, no longer gave access to vans even with personal items to retrieve, theyd steal your stuff, the company tools and programmers from your van then blame it on you to keep your last check. You were only useful as a number for intimidation & growth, hateful vengeful take-over of other small locksmiths business and vengence for former employees who have started their own locksmith business, they will continue to harass you even after your non-compete contract is completely null & void either being in a right to work state, after firing you or a year after you quit making the contract is no longer valid, they will continue to send invalid lawyer documents saying youre not allowed to work in the car industry or specific dealership accounts they dont want to lose to you in case you open your own locksmith business. Ethically and morally disgusting practices, completely about corporate power and intimidation and uses every employee as a tool for destruction. Lied about commission on large projects, would demote you but make it sound like a great position to avoid paying you your commision and salary growth. No growth unless youre as unethical as the management, no personal growth in this company as they have become very controlling, once you realize too much or ask question, youre gone. Before they fire you they will try to "manage you out" first to avoid paying unemployement, they will do the most disgusting acts even to your family or friends in retaliation and intimidation to get you to quit to keep their money. Ethically and morally a horrendous corporation to work for now. This company should be shut down.

Terrible management, no real care for employees. Everyone is replaceable.
