A small shop that desires jobs beyond the scope of its capabilities. Needs to hire an Operations Manager, Sales Person, a dedicated Estimator, and a Permit Coordinator. Graphic Designers spend more time creating estimates and quotes and permit acquisitions than designing signs. The benefits aren't as great as advertised. Lack of proper training. Micro-management... The "Daily Individual Production Meetings" take up to 30 to 60 minutes.
