Pros

Too little. You can build up some connections and improve your communication skills. Some employees are very professional if you get the chance to work with them there is much you can learn.

Cons

The recruiting process takes almost half an year. You don't have a very clear training or training material. Almost all the procedures are out of date or just partially updated, so there is no way of receiving important information unless you stalk other employees that are familiar with the project. Your personal life is not taken into consideration, it is expected of you to work long hours without being compensated. Inequality between employees: while some work up to 10-12 hours a day, some work only 5-6. Salary and benefits do not reflect the work put in.

Cons

- a lot of long periods with very long hours - completely non technical people taking technical project decisions - VERY small startup salary
