      If you are NOT career focused then this is your place

      This is not a tech start-up company, it is nothing more than a digital version of John's grocery store down by your street. The lack of innovation and embracing complacency is what this company has done the last couple of years. There are even people in the leadership of this company who think innovation is overrated. No wonder the company is on a downward spiral off late. Almost all of the employees are dissatisfied with their pay, benefits or nature of their work. The internal politics that is going on is quite frankly disgusting for a small company.

      -Really Flexible -Great people -Fast paced and fun -Lots of responsibility for direction. You know what you are contributing and how it fits into the broader mission

      There is risk associated with working in a startup No retirement benefits but they are willing to help set up savings

      Pros

      HLT is doing great things. Great work environment, very talented group of people, transparent leadership. Opportunity to work with new technology. The company produces solid products and is exceptionally customer focused in all they do.
