      Great place to work - good work life balance and inclusive

      Pros

      - Flexible and Great work life balance as theres no strict/mandatory onsite office requirements - very motivating to have the option to go into office when it suits me due to kids/pets etc. - Smaller company so able to work with leaders to impact/drive decisions for personal career growth and experience. - Inclusive environment - lots of initiatives around diversity and inclusion, appreciation of different backgrounds, interests and cultures

      Cons

      no bonus structure for non-sales jobs (although really competitive salaries so almost weighs out)

      Pros

      My manager is genuinely supportive, and our conversations are open and honest. I get the guidance I need to grow my skills, which I really appreciate. Plus, the teams I work with from other departments have a real “one team” mindset, which makes a big difference day to day. Communication with the EMEA leadership is strong, and I feel like my voice is genuinely heard and considered. The compensation package is also competitive, with generous bonuses that add real value.

      Cons

      The office is a bit on the smaller side, so you often need to reserve a seat. It would be great to have a bit more space to connect with more people across the business.

      Pros

      Everyone lives and breaths the values (Guiding Principles) and refers to them daily. Never experienced this in a company before from employees, managers or leaders. The EMEA team collaborate very well. Everyone is in the same boat, to change our customers GTM outcomes. We have fun as a team - management are available and genuine.

      Cons

      Can't think of any other than slightly process heavy for the size of the company.
