Pros
Remote working preferred although client dependent. Friendly collaborative colleagues Expert and ethical colleagues seems to be equal opportunities (I'm white cis so am judging based on knowledge forums, groups and behaviours of colleagues) Good career support programme MS Gold partner so access to loads of free training
Cons
Long(ish) hours in the contract - although this balanced by the predominantly remote work as commuting time is zero. If you are young and benefit from in-office friendship groups the remote work can be more challenging - but this is true of any remote work position.
