      Pros

      The company is continually innovating and it is exciting to be part of a business that is gaining huge momentum and expanding rapidly globally! We also have a great work culture which enables maximum flexibility to get the work done.

      Cons

      At times, the work across timezones can drag into your personal life/home life time, but the up side to this is the company flexibility to get the work done when it works for you.

      I like that the business has a mission that provides clear benefits to consumers and big market opportunity. Strongest team that I've worked with in my career and the leadership really cares about their employees.

      Cons

      It's been more difficult to establish personal connections during the pandemic, but maybe that can be said about many companies.
