      I prefer more challenges. The complication of the project is moderate. In the past, I worked in companies with huge products, with lots and lots of challenges.

      People are from different backgrounds, and are interesting, helpful, and supportive. Fair remote working policy and good work culture. Nice office, currently. People are open to new ideas, and you can really change things and make a difference, if you have the drive. Good opportunities for growth and regular feedback is given and taken. Perks like discounted gyms, subsidised lunch, education budget, offsite meetings, subsidised public transit, snacks.

      Cons

      Salary could always be better.
