It's a Non-Profit Organization, so it's not that highspeed kind of industry where you can grow within and move on for better positions. So, if this is the end of your career and plan to retire within 5 to 10 years, this job would be awesome because it's the perfect fit to do so and not struggle in the rat race, here the environment is a healthy one and work-life balance it's the best, but if you're early to mid-career and need to grow and get promoted to maintain your family, probably you'll feel frustrated and stuck. But since it's a non-profit there's not much you can do about that aspect and it's still a good place to work.
