      Pros

      Pay plans are competitive. There were 27 stores in the group, which gave ample opportunities to advance.

      Cons

      Some of the corporate people really shouldn't have had their positions.

      Pros

      Inital bonus, or guarenteed money is hard to come by in this industry.

      Cons

      Constant revolving door. Have had 4 managers in 12 months. The upper level management has no automotive experience as they claim, they invested in the corporation and were given high level positions in exchange. The most chaotic environment i have ever worked in. No security, no positive changes ever made.
