      Community involvement Perks such as: holiday party, lunch with the President, local races, monthly bagels (pre COVID) Personable President Genuinely care about employees and customers Upper management is accessible Challenging and rewarding work Diverse and inclusive

      PTO is not flexible Insurance price is a bit high

      Pros

      Love the health and wellness program at the bank with the Fitbits, Health Fair opportunity and ability to participate at no cost in a local 5K and Half Marathon. Love the flexability given for personal issues, with notice was able to schedule around school events for my kids. Love the people I work with!

      Cons

      There has been less room for advancement at the upper levels due to lack of turnover, but hopefully will be growing soon.

      The customers are friendly !!

      Cons

      Bad management, incompetent, bad training no training you are left on your own Management will change your schedule to accommodate other managers PTO very shortstaffed. They are able to hire more people they’re just cheap. Computer systems are outdated your way underpaid, and the benefits are way expensive.
