Pros

After a decade in nonprofit fundraising work, HomeFirst is the first organization I've ever worked for that actually feels like a fully functional, well-managed company. The leadership I interact with regularly are all compassionate and approachable people who have a clear commitment to making HomeFirst a great place to work.

Cons

Vacation package is 3 weeks at start - not terrible but not as generous as some other large nonprofits I've worked for.

Pros

- supportive and friendly team; I feel very respected and heard. I like that I can work with and lean on my team. - i love working with people who are very passionate with what they do, it motivates me and drives me to do the same. - great work-life balance!!! they are really supportive and will work with you and your situations if communicated properly - good pay for a non-profit company - there is always room for growth and new opportunities to gain more skills.

Cons

- rapid growing company, so there are some growing pains, but they are willing to have conversations and plans to work on the parts that are not working. - there are many different offices, so departments are a bit 'siloed' - not a lot of new equipment, hard to get new equipment.
