I've found the HomeLight Engineering team to be an amazing place to work. The people are friendly and work as a team. Data is used to make decisions, people listen to each other and everyone has opportunities to make a significant impact. There are ample opportunities for growth within the Engineering team and the technical track is valued right alongside the managerial track.

Cons

As with other companies of this size, with change happening fast things always feel a little unstable, but this is what makes work exciting!

Pros

One of the best environments to work is, one where you have peace of mind. No worries about being micro managed or having team leads on your back as you in alot of places. Management ensures that the environment is conducive for thriving! The salary and benefits are surprising good when compared to other companies in the same industry. Did I mention that you are not micro managed? What a blessing!

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but the option to work from home, even if it's just a few days of the week, would make this the job that I never want to leave!!
