Management in the Austin,Tx branch has a drug habit there for techs dont get paid for jobs because funds are depleted! depleted!I was the warehouse manager and it was awful, everything is in shambles, new faces every week because of high turnover, its the worst set up,they want you to pay for inventory the company cant afford to pay for then they claim to reimburse you but good luck with that, its a facade of fake accomplishments they sale to you,but once your in you see it for what it is,because the company is surviving check to check,no pallet jack, forklift,no assistants, not even a sufficient warehouse to store anything its literally a office space with no heat or air connection they use electricity from extension cords from the neighboring building for a dime light, operations is the worst,if you enjoy slavery and being talked to like a peasant then this is the place,a one stop shop of incompetence,I didn't understand why/how they've stayed open but short change your techs and dont pay them for months at a time and I guess you can maintain a facade of partial stability even though everything is actually falling apart. During this time of the Corona pandemic they expect techs and the warehouse manager to be closed off in a small space because they cant afford a bigger place of operation, they been trying to move for years, but cant afford it.They promised the techs they would give them mask and gloves for protection however I had a email stating no such order was ever submitted but they tell the techs something different....lies,its one thing not to have paychecks for staff but to promise safety materials that would never ordered is just inhuman, my heart goes out to every tech that will be exposed to this awful virus because this company chooses not to step up,Homepro...not the way to go,if you value anything in life dont waste your time, and I'm a Christian man but what's wrong is wrong and I have to say it.
