Pros

Having worked in CHP for almost 2mths, the staff are very supportive and caring. The training I'm being given is indepth and gives a clear process of how the role is caried out to ensure customer satisfation. It's a happy environment to work in.

Line staff are committed, residents are amazing.

Cons

Leadership is insulated and lack cultural humility, Leadership does not have a long term vision, it is opportunistic and irresponsible with its finances. Shameful leadership.
