Pros

High turnover so there are always openings. Some really good people have been there before you. Part of Berkshire Hathaway so expected long term survivability.

Cons

Toxic environment. Leadership doesn't have a clue what they are doing or how to create a positive environment. Executives only care about lining their own pockets and doing business with their friends and those that will sacrifice all for them. Parent companies too scared of CEO to make a change.

Pros

Decent pay and flexible schedule

Cons

Poor communication and high turn-over. High bureaucracy, too many people trying to make decisions that lead to poor performance.

Not a great place to work - high turnover

Pros

They pay for your parking and/or bus fare. PTO rolls over year to year so you can accrue a lot.

Cons

High turnover because managers are so focused on earning money that they don't care about the employees. There is little room for advancement within this company. Management is inflexible.
