      Pros

      I really loved working with Homefinity! The benefits, the employee programs, and the overall community was really great. I think they cared about their employees before the mortgage industry starting to decline.

      Cons

      Once the industry wasn't looking up, I felt as if they were taking advantage of employees, especially during company lay offs. Overall, it was a good job, but you can see how the company reacts when it is in stress mode.
