When questioned about critical engineering aspects of the product infrastructure, he admits he hasn’t coded in a long time, raising concerns about his technical depth. Most CTOs I’ve encountered exude charisma, leadership, and a solid grasp of technology, but he appears to be the complete opposite. In conversations with him, I sense a lack of direction and assertiveness, which is concerning for someone in such a pivotal role.
