about your co-workers that they are being asked the same questions about you.
Never openly challenge or be openly dissatisfied with the decisions of senior management particularly the CEO
You may be verbally chastised and demeaned in public should you express an opinion that isn't accepted by the CEO
There is little staff development - it is a sink or swim environment
Staff terminations often take place in the middle of the day despite the openly expressed opinion of staff that this policy be changed to end of day.
