      HGC is a forward thinking employer that excels at client/vendor satisfaction with a very strong focus on up to date equipment, technology, facilities, training, safety, and employee development which enables them to better serve the client base as well as the community.

      Cons

      ALL companies obviously have things to improve upon but overall HGC is by far the best site development company in the Carolina's with men and women that truly try their best to live by the company's five core values which are integrity, respect, we do what it takes, keep it simple, and dependability.

      The culture at HGC is different from anywhere I have ever worked. Leadership is accessible and transparent and you feel like a part of a team here. The company invests in training and development for its teammates and goes above and beyond to support each person individually. I look forward to growing as a leader at HGC.
