      Pros

      Flexible management that does whatever they can to help their employees and provide whatever it is they may need. You are truly valued by the business owner, and you can honestly tell that is the truth based on their actions, not just them telling you. The transportation industry is a challenging and stressful industry to work in, there is no avoiding that, but the owner of this company truly does what they can to make it as enjoyable as possible.

      Cons

      The transportation and logistics industry can be stressful and challenging. Days can be long during the peak season. Neither of these are related to this particular company however, it's the industry as a whole.
