Good fair management in the office where I worked, I also liked many of the managers in the other departments like the sales and finance area. What I enjoyed most was having a steady work schedule which helped with my work life balance. It was fun at times someone in sales was always buying lunch for our department. It was a very fast paced dealership which made the day go fast. Usually the office people get forgotten like they are not as important at other auto dealerships.
Cons
Expensive health insurance, ungenerous vacation time not much offered, No 401k . Very busy fast paced dealership sometimes it could get over whelming.

Can I give it a -1? The owners could give 2 cents less about the individuals that work there. In the time I was there they came through a couple times and made ZERO effort to meet any of the new folks...regardless of how high turnover is, you get to know they folks making money for you. Management is equally cruddy. They follow the owners' whim on running the place and there is no consistency, no standards, no accountability. Just a free for all poop show. Oh, and how you get paid. There is NO online system. You get a paper stub. Nothing through Paycom, paychex, ADP, nothing. A paper stub and no detailing how many cars you are getting paid for. Oh, and they give you a paper printing of each car, also. Again, nothing online and the sales staff don't have access to print their own report of cars they sold. Ahh.....and they will take your sale and put it in someone else's name and not even give you half if the other person is a favorite...or any other excuse. Your personal documentation is worthless here. Just depends on what their whim is that day.
