Shrinking sales and store closings have caused upper management to become unrealistic in it's approach to the FBC position. Too much micro managing at every turn
Good benifits and tools to do your job, Laptop, phone, etc.
Cons
Expect to travel alot. Perfect job for the single man or woman who likes to travel. FBC position comes with all the responsibility but no authority to make change happen.
