Pros
The hotel has a Calm and friendly working environment that makes catering at functions an easy experience. Shifts would only last around 2 hours and so were't overly demanding.
Cons
The managers at times can be quite disorganised; at times they were unable to even count the number of plates to be put out on tables. At times they can also be condescending to staff.
