Basically this entire workplace consists of executing Senior Management's rather limited vision, if you're not on board with that or have an actual thought process - I probably wouldn't bother applying for a job here. There's not a lot of room for career progression either, unless you're one of the long-term team members, in which case they'll pretty much let you do what you want, even if you have no prior experience in that field.

Rude, unprofessional office lead who tries to invade the privacy of every employee in the office. He tried to make the employees split the cost of medical insurance because it increased year on year. No career growth. If you don't want to progress and move up the latter, this company is for you. False claims on flexibility from day one, but the truth is there is none of that and you will feel guilty for not coming into work when you're not feeling well and without a doctor's note, your day will be deducted from your salary. Senior Management will turn a blind eye to all of this despite knowing about the situations. No benefits. You just get 10% back if you book a hotel through HotelsCombined .
