      best part of this company would be to work for somebody else- somebody that cares about their people main office is hundreds of miles away and totally out of touch

      Cons

      this company brings new meaning to the words harassment, intimidation and lying they will get a clicky bunch to verify the apartment manager lies and then call the cops- a horrible company with absolutely no morals

      Poorly managed over worked and under paid

      The only good thing I can say about this company is you get allot of paid holidays off

      Cons

      The work load your expected to handle would give most guys a stroke, expectations are way to high by corporate and unrealistic. Leadership don't exist and way to many unqualified individuals in upper management.

      We appreciate your feedback. Our obligations to our residents and regulatory agencies dictate high expectations of our team’s performance. We recognize that our roles as Property Managers and Leaders of our Communities are not always easy and can be overwhelming at times when multiple priorities are at play. HMR will continue to evaluate responsibilities shared by our site teams and invest in ongoing training and support.

      Pros

      Benefits are they only pro of this job. The company is awful to work for and wouldn't know a good employee if they walked up and slapped them in the face.

      Cons

      Worst company I've ever worked for. The discrimination his company let's happen is appalling. The upper management is full of people who have no idea how to do their job. This company will get sued at some point because of how they treat people. I would never recommend this company ever.
