Collaborative, not competitive work environment. My coworkers want me to succeed and bring me into new topics or skill areas where I can grow as a researcher. We are encouraged by coworkers and supervisors to learn new things. It is also a flexible workplace for work hours and work from home.
Cons
Our salaries are OK but could be better. And it's a small organization, so we all wear a few hats at once. I actually like that, but it can be a con for some.
