Allows working from home whenever...

Cons

"Senior Management" is way too involved, only apply if you like being micromanaged and handheld. Management oversells capabilities often in this industry quite often but this place hides information knowingly from the client. Not the casual, laid back "agency" environment that is claimed.

There is no such thing as management or organization at this company, so if you're into that sort of thing it may be the job for you.

Cons

Horrible management, promotions are not performance or experience based, bonus structure is ineffective, ZERO transparency on whats going on with the company including your own department, zero leadership, does not allow for employees to fully utilize their skillsets or room for growth within the company.

None. I thought there was until they did me dirty.

Cons

Was employed for @2yrs. I was told on a Wednesday that Friday was my last day with no mention of any severance. My employment was not ended for poor performance, but they found someone else to do my job for less money. That is what I was told.
