      Good work life balance and flexibility (This is why it got 3 stars instead of 2) Staff-level employees are very friendly

      Secretive Ask for ideas/feedback/input, but don't really want it Executive team is resistant to change Management claims many positive values (collaboration, transparency, honesty, etc), but does not adhere to those values No advancement Mgmt has a "tell you what you want to hear" approach rather than actually working with you to solve problems Zero innovation--plagiarizes ideas from competitors

      Lots of Tenured, Caring, Talented, Hard-working Employees Frequent Employee Surveys conducted to get Employee Feedback; willingness of Execs/Managers to implement change based on that feedback Intense efforts to be Customer-centric

      Several lay-offs over the past few years after losing big customers. More and more responsibilities shifted to front-line workers as employee pool shrinks, leading to unreasonable pressure and workloads. Disparate pay across departments/roles (not so much within depts/roles) as Execs/Managers hold onto inflated views of some roles and lack of knowledge of/appreciation for other roles.
