Fraudulent: Make you sign a contract with different information from the original offer, with the promise that this is just a formalism and they will not violate the original agreement... They do, first chance they get.
Also, you are hired for a support role but you end up doing sales with no commission.
Kind Rockstars: Not truly, although they advertise themselves to have a fair and non-toxic environment, if you happen to fall into a client that harasses and abuses their power, like screaming, increasing working hours... they will not do a thing.
"Shark" Mentality: if there is a crack in the system, any small detail that they can take advantage of, they will, like not paying legal holiday or late- night fees because you are basically working less hours than the legal maximum. Note that when they violate the agreement and increase the hours you work, no correction of this will be made either
Overall, very inconsiderate with people's time, getting you through a process, dismissing other offers, only to let you down because they were luring you in with false promises.
